    Welcome to GoFiction ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or any other services provided by GoFiction (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

    GoFiction uses artificial intelligence to generate stories, characters, and audio content. While we strive to create high-quality content, we make the following important disclaimers:

    • Content Generation: All stories, plots, characters, and related content are generated by AI systems. We do not guarantee the originality, accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of any generated content.
    • No Liability for Generated Content: We are not liable for any AI-generated content that may be offensive, inappropriate, inaccurate, or that may inadvertently resemble real persons, places, or events. The connection between any generated content and real-world entities is purely coincidental.
    • Voice Synthesis: Our audio narration features use AI voice synthesis technology. We are not liable for any resemblance between AI-generated voices and the voices of real individuals. All synthesized voices are generated by algorithms and are not intended to impersonate any specific person.
    • Content Moderation: While we employ content filters to prevent the generation of harmful or inappropriate content, these systems are not perfect. We are not liable for any content that bypasses our moderation systems.

    3. User Responsibilities

    As a user of GoFiction, you agree to:

    • Not use our Services to create, store, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
    • Not attempt to use our Services to generate content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
    • Take full responsibility for any content you create using our Services, including any distribution or publication of such content.
    • Not use our audio synthesis technology to create deepfakes, impersonate others, or spread misinformation.

    4. Intellectual Property

    You retain ownership of the stories you create using our Services. However, to operate our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

    The GoFiction platform, including its design, code, and features, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOFICTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

    • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES;
    • ANY CONTENT GENERATED BY OUR AI SYSTEMS, INCLUDING STORIES, CHARACTERS, OR AUDIO NARRATIONS;
    • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES;
    • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND
    • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT.

    6. Credit-Based System and Payments

    GoFiction operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable once used to generate content. We reserve the right to change credit pricing, packages, or the number of credits required for various features at any time.

    7. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

    8. Changes to Terms

    We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
